1. Measures effectiveness in planning, organizing and efficiently handling activities and eliminating unnecessary activities of both the loan setup department and closing department.

2. Responsive and pays attention to your instructions or important information that you need to share when you communicate with both the loan set-up department and closing department.

3. Produces high quality work and meets the critical goals and timeline of the closing department.

4. Knowledgeable on all phases of the job of both the set-up department and closing department.

5. Organized in collecting and organizing the borrower’s application and loan documents in a timely manner including communicating with the loan officer of what is needed or what is missing from the loan setup department by group: text, office chat or by email.

6. Reviews and verifies all information of the closing department to be able to run DU and give pre-approval letter or submit asap for refinance.

7. Uses great verbal communication abilities to try to pass ideas (type of loan programs) across in a clear manner of both the loan setup and closing department.

8. Listens to different points of view of a given issue/problem, identifies main negotiation points and promotes mutual understanding of the closing department.

9. Proactively and constantly ask for loan status from the Account Manager and/or Account Executive and to be able to give you a timeline of closing from the closing department.

10. Seeks assistance from upper management of CCPS and/or the Account Executive when solving complicated problems and does not shy away from asking help of the closing department.
